Eid al-Adha, a very important feast for Muslims, the Feast of Sacrifice.

It is celebrated in correspondence with the pilgrimage to Mecca that every Muslim should observe at least once in his life.

On this feast day the ram is sacrificed, a substitute animal, the sacrifice is linked to the sacrifice made with a ram by the prophet Abraham/Ibrahim, who obediently to the divine and put to the test, was willing to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience before being stopped by an Angel.

And so it is the feast of faith and total devotion to ALLAH (God).
